Here you'll find essays from the trenches of parenting from a woman who's definitely not up for cookie-cutter parent of the year. We do our best, though.
I started this blog because I read something on the internet that made me mad. Here it is.
Since then I've talked about rude people in the library, in the salon and at a restaurant. (Okay, so she was actually just trying to be friendly, but we're not all perfect all the time.) I've taken on childfree writers, facebook memes, and comedians. I've reviewed some God-awful potties, and failed at making Cream of Wheat. Before that, I formula fed, do you judge me? They don't.

Thanks for following my blog & now I'm following yours. I am the grandmother of fraternal twin girls who are now almost 12 years old. They were preemies, weighing in at 2 1/2 & 3 1/2 lbs. They were my first grandchildren, & our daughter & SNL's first & only pregnancy. It's been a very exciting, fun & sometimes very scary adventure with them, but we wouldn't change anything. One thing our daughter did very early on was to join a Twins Group. It gave her time with other mothers of twins (& she is still very good friends with most of them) & provided much-needed socializing for her children. I wish you lots of good luck in the years to come & look forward to reading about the exploits. it brings back fond memories.
